Yogacharya and yoga therapy trainer certified by the French Yoga Federation, Suzana follows the discipline of Yoga since 1991. As a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, she has 329 hours of training (in the Satyananda Tradition) with the Satyam School of Hatha Yoga in Montreal.
Suzana has over 800 hours of teaching with several community centers and other organizations in Canada and France as well as of private yoga lessons and yoga therapy.

Since 2001, Suzana is studying Yoga Brahma Vidya - the Synthetic Science of the Absolute - with the international organization Suddha Dharma. In 2005, she followed 300 hours of training in Raja Yoga in Brazil under the leadership of Swami Saraswati Ayurved Narayananand.
This training certifies her as a Raja Yoga Teacher in the tradition of Suddha Dharma.

It is this sacred knowledge of the Vedas that leads her inevitably to Ayurveda, the traditional health system of India, now recognized more and more to be the most holistic traditional medicine in the world.

In 2005, she follows the Ayurvedic Healing Course with Dr. Frawley and becomes an Ayurvedic Health Educator. In 2006, she updates her knowledge and she gains more hands-on experience (especially in Pancha Karma) following the Ayurvedic Therapist course in Brazil with Dr. Jose Ribeiro Ruguê (Swami Saraswati Ayurveda Narayanand).

As an Ayurveda therapist certified with the World Movement for Ayurveda, Suzana opened in 2006 an Ayurvedic Center in Montreal (Canada) (http://www.ayurvedamontreal.com/) , offering Ayurvedic consultations, treatments, and various trainings and internships. As of September 2009 she continues to offer these services in her new center located in a beautiful country side region south of France, in a small village called La Liviniere.
