Abhyanga
Abhyanga
Abhyanga involves massaging the body with warm herb infused oils that vary with the specific dosha. This massage, made with edible products is also an invitation to a journey of the senses.
Through circular and sliding pressures, friction, accupressure but also stretches, Abhyanga brings relaxation and harmony to the body, thanks to its moderate and fluid rhythm, adapted to your constitution.
Abhyanga reduces stress and anxiety, it rejuvenates the body and the mind, and it eliminates deep-seated toxins in the skin, joints, and tissues, keeping the joints nourished and lubricated. You will experience, among others, an increase in the vital energy (prana), a calm and focused mind and a state of emotional balance.

Ubtan
Ubtan
Ubtan is a powdered mix of Ayurvedic natural ingredients prepared from herbs and flours that is applied over the entire body, usually after Abhyanga. These ingredients clarify the skin by drawing the heat from the blood, stimulating the lymph flow, exfoliate the skin and firm the body.
Ubtan is a cleansing treatment which uses anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti -aging herbs for a naturally beautiful and healthy looking skin and body
Traditional ubtan pastes use medicinal herbs that break down congested toxins in the blood and lymph and encourage the body to release toxins naturally. The application of the Ubtan mix lasts 20 minutes, the time to leave on is of 15-20 minutes and the short oil application after the shower lasts about 10 minutes, for a total of 50 minutes

Saundarya
Saundarya
« Saudarya » is a Sanskrit term meaning beauty, loveliness, or elegance. It is the name I gave to this facial treatment that combines various elements of Ayurvedic facial rituals: two facial masks - a cleansing mask and a rejuvenating and calming mask made of only natural ingredients: flours, herbs, oils, rose water, honey, fruits and vegetables all carefully chosen according to the client’s skin type.
The face is then moisturized by a thorough massage of the face, neck, chest and head, using various strokes and stimulating the marmas for relaxation, face-lift and rejuvenation. Best to be done after Abhyanga. The treatment itself lasts 50 minutes.
This 100 % natural facial treatment is not only an extremely relaxing and pampering treatment but will also offer you an INSTANT FACE LIFT, ensuring a clean, clear, nourished and healthy looking and glowing effect to the skin.
